Project Almond Joy
I recently received an email from Philadelphia Weddings magazine asking me to do a 3 layer cake for a photo shoot for it's Fall/Winter 2009 magazine.

Project Graceland
I am often asked to do a groom's cake by the bride who wants to surprise her finance with something "very special". The bride who ordered "Graceland" told me that her guy loves Elvis Presley, knew all the trivia of his life, and had visited his estate many times. We decided to make the center section out of styrofoam and the 2 sides of cake. Everything was copied exactly. It was delivered to Springfield Country Club and I was told it was the hit of the celebration.
